Does it work on my phone?
Yes, the planner is fully responsive and works on any device: iPhone, Android, tablet, Mac, or PC. Open your link in any browser and start planning. All four editions can be installed on your home screen like a native app: tap "Add to Home Screen" in your browser and it opens just like a regular app, with no App Store required.
Do I need to create an account?
No account needed. You access your planner with a simple one-time code included in your welcome PDF. After that, your planner opens instantly every time you visit the link.
Is my wedding data safe and private?
Completely. Your data is stored in your browser on your own device. It never leaves your computer or phone. We have no servers storing your information.
Can I use it on multiple devices?
Yes. Open the link on any device and enter your access code. Use the Export feature in Settings to save your data file, then Import it on your other device to bring everything across.
What's the difference between Classic and Premium?
Classic includes 12 planning sections: Dashboard, Timeline, Mood Board, Wedding Party, Budget, Guests, RSVP, Vendors, Music & Playlist, Our Letters (time-capsule, unlocks on your 1st anniversary), Planning Binder, and Settings. Premium adds 9 exclusive sections: Events & Weekend Planner (with cultural templates for Hindu, Jewish, West African & more weddings), Venue Shortlist, Seating Chart, Food & Drinks (live dietary brief for caterer), Honeymoon Planner, Photoshoot Shot List, Day-of Schedule, Stationery Tracker, and Gifts & Thank-You. What's the difference between the standard and Pride editions?
Both editions include every feature. The Pride edition uses fully inclusive, gender-neutral language throughout, offers 5 additional pride-inspired colour palettes (Pride, Trans Pride, Bi Rose, Lesbian, Non-Binary), and uses gender-neutral wedding party roles such as Honor Attendant, Best Person, and Flower Person.
What do I receive after purchase?
You receive a beautiful illustrated welcome guide PDF — 10 pages for the Classic editions, 11 for Premium. It includes your personal access link, your access code, a full walkthrough of all sections, tips for getting started, and instructions for backing up and sharing your plans across devices.
